To navigate this site, please click on one of the chapter links to the left. Then click on the links at the top of the page for Flash Cards, Practice Quizzes, or Weblinks.
To access the Practice Quizzes you will need to go through a brief registration process. Access to the quizzes is immediate after registration. Logging in allows the site to keep track of how many times you have attempted a quiz and facilitates emailing your results to your instructor. You have the option of taking quizzes with immediate grading or getting your results only after completing all the questions in a chapter. In either option, you will get a detailed summary of your results and you have the option of emailing your quiz to your instructor.
The Flash Cards allow you to review the key terms in each chapter. Click "next" or "previous" to move through the terms. By default, the flash cards are displayed by term. Click on "Definition" to flip the card. Click on "View by Definition" to see the definition first as you navigate through the cards. You can click on "Remove" to take out terms you have mastered, and "Shuffle" to randomize the order of terms. Clicking on "Reset" reinstates any terms you may have removed and returns to the first term in the set. The Weblinks will bring you to other sites not maintained by Routledge / Taylor & Francis.
